A big part of my design process at Eastern Mountain Sports was gathering real life feedback from our EMS schools and field guides utilizing that information to build products that perform from the fabric, fit and the garment features ensuring its best overall functionality. I would create wear test feedback events that the guides could share vital feedback to enable me to make adjustments based on firsthand feedback. This way I could evaluate the fabric after worn and make sure the construction would stand the test of times for our consumers.
